FAQs

How does our website work?

We source our products from all over the world to provide our customers with a One-Stop Organic and Natural Products site. As we work with multiple partners on grocery (Tea) and Baby Clothes ( the list keeps expanding for more product selection), if you have ordered these items, each product's delivery time will vary depending upon location. We will provide a tracking number of those items, it could take up to 3 weeks to arrive at your doorstep.

When will you send out the order?

We will send out all orders within 7 working days for all in-stock items, you will be notified if the item is out of stock. The delivery timetable is shown on Shipping Info Page. 

 

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly, or our email has been filtered into your junk or spam mailbox. Upon your order completion, you should receive a confirmation email, and when the order has been shipped, you will receive another email with tracking number.
** If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you.

I have a question about a product, who should I contact?

If you have a question about a certain product or need product recommendation, you can contact us directly through email: info@theorganicsboutique.com or through our messenger chat, the icon is located on the bottom right of the website.

Can I opt for a faster delivery service?

Yes for majority of the products, we provide a few options with different prices on shipping upon checkout, however, with grocery (Tea) and Baby Clothing, we offer regular shipping option only, should you wish to expedite those orders, please contact us on info@theorganicsboutique.com, we will do our best to arrange for you. **Please note that orders CANNOT be delivered to post office boxes (PO boxes).

- Delivery to Extended/ Remote Area may result in extra charges- please note, if you are not certain whether you are living in an Extended/ Remote Area, please email us on info@theorganicsboutique.com

-Should the address provided is incorrect and the parcel cannot be delivered, extra charges will be applied (please check out the Terms & Conditions page for details)

 

Can I return an item?

All sales are final. Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of delivery, but only if an item arrives damaged, or there was an error in the item description. Due to health concerns, we cannot restock cosmetics/ food items. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns of items that have been opened, used or 'tested'. We provide the clearest pictures we can of every item we sell, but please be aware that many colors can appear slightly different from one computer monitor to another, so make sure you are ordering the correct shade. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

If you wish to return a product, you will need to:

  • Keep all the original packaging
  • Send us an email with your order number and the item you wish to return.
  • Arrange to ship the product back to us or our partner directly, using a trackable and signed for delivery service. Please note, you will have to bear the cost for returning the product.
  • Once a return has been received and accepted, The Organics Boutique will arrange for a refund back to the original payment method, this may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
  • Items returned must be in their original condition.
*Products not eligible for a return or exchange, include:
  • Perishable products, i.e. Tea ;
  • Personal products such as Skincare and Cosmetics;

Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method, e.g. PayPal, Online Credit or credit card. 

 

What's your Refund Policy?

Shipping: If your order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows:

- The total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

- If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

Product: If an item arrives damaged, or there was an error in the item description, or materially different from what was presented on the product page, we will process a refund. We offer a 30-day Money-Back Guaranteed as we want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

Where do you ship too?

For most of the products, we ship to anywhere in the world, however, for tea products (we mainly ship to UK and US at the moment), there might be import restriction on some countries, please check with your local customs clearance office on item permission for import. *Additional shipping fees may apply to certain countries, please check with us prior purchasing Tea items if you're located out of Canada/ United States or the United Kingdom.
